Suggest Treatment For Low Temperature Post Tympanoplasty

My son had a left ear Tympanoplasty surgery with reconstruction that lasted almost five hours. He did not do well in recovery and was admitted. He was released the following day.The surgery date was Feb. 5 and today is the 8th. His resting temperature is around 69.5, and awake temp. Goes up to around 79.4.; both below the norm of 98.6. From researching I know that it can take up to a week for his temp s to normalize; but the low temps while resting are concerning me.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion no need to be over conscious for body temperature unless have some clinical symptoms because it varies greatly without any sign and symptoms and it is not due to any pathology hope this information helps
