Hi I am 37 male ,hieghts 5.8 ,76kg , blood reports are all normal , I feel extremely low nowadays , low testestorone I feel , can you please advise any medicine or vitamin supplements which I can buy over the counter that boost my testestorone and make me feel fresh and active all day long , heard of zinc /magnesium and B6 , any medicine available with this combination , if that is advisable . Secondly I am use to Kayam tablet every day once , which has disturbed by bowel movements since last one year , is ther any substitute for the same same , as morning we need to reach office early .
