Hi,

USG can be helpful, surgery if possible can relieve symptoms otherwise analgesics, antibiotics after AST test, and treatment from hepatologist is option for you. Take healthy diet like fresh fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil, antioxidants and multivitamin for a week. Take follow up from hepatologist, if there is history of trauma then MRI spine for back issues is recommended.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
