Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lower abdominal and back pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like celiac disease, endometriosis , kidney stones , menstruation , ovarian cyst , pregnancy or urinary tract infection (UTI). I would suggest you to appky warm compresses on back and lower abdomen , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , do pregnancy test and consult gynecologist if condition doesn't get better . Doctor may order urine test , ultrasound along with physical examination . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem .
