Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Back Pain
Hi, my name is Sherwin from the philippines and i m wondering what s causing my lower abdominal and lower back discomfort, it s more of a dull nagging sensation rather than pain. My stools back like 2 weeks ago are long like three quarters of a foot and color is brown. It was all like that when it changes to still like that however it would be loose to the last few drops. There s no indications of bleeding as the color is just normal brown. And that s when I started to have discomforts in my lower abdomen. My anus would have like a burning sensation around it and the feeling seems to further go up there maybe like 6 inches up. The pain seems to traverse to my scrotal area, my butt cheeks would sometimes have a faint pain as well to almost not noticeable. This has stolen away some of my precious sleep time. I have a job that requires me to sit a lot as I m an online teacher, not quite sure if that has something small to do with this. I have been having gerd since time immemorial and I would burp a lot like I can do 10 or more consecutive burps with no problem at all. I also would have high stomach acid associated pain from time to time and would normally resolve with ranitidine. I never watch what I eat but my diet would normally be a little bit more of rice and fried food but would also regularly eat fruits and vegetables. Coffee is my addiction so I think that goes for my having episodes of gerd. So there you go. I hope you can enlighten me on what could be happening. Thanks!

Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Back Pain
Hello, It may be due to renal stone. For further assessment you may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urine analysis, complete hemogram after surgeon consultation. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Keep your self hydrated. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shyam Kale Family and general physician
