Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Cramps After Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in April this year after suddenly bleeding and spotting started and my doctor told to take duphaston 2 times a day but still the baby died . Now again I am pregnant and it s my 5th week going on with little lower abdomen cramping and no bleeding. I have chNged my gynae and she has told me to take 2 times duphaston, 1 time ecosprin 75, 1 time Follinine tablets with thyronorm 75 mg(as I have thyroid). I am doing fine now and have a next appointment after 10 days. Please suggest me so many medicines etc is it required as I don t have any side affects and I don t feel pregnant only but feel tired sometimes

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes you should continue the drugs. These are important in patients who have multiple abortions. So you should continue with the drugs until you see your doctor next time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
