Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To Leg

In have an acasional pain on the right side of the lower abdomin . when it hits and I sit down for ten minutes or so it will go away . sometimes for a day or two and then it might hurt again and it is real painful. If I try to walk the pain will go all the way down my leg.

This is more suggestive of an inflammatory process in the lower abdomen causing both the problems.
I would advise CT scan / MRI of the spine and abdomen to find the cause and do the treatment accordingly.
