General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I have read and understood your concerns:

You have a Barret's esophagus, abnormal Pap smear, pain in lower back and stomach; HA MRS and feels that someone is standing on your chest and back, consulted a Gynecologist and He said that you are going through your stage of change of life at the age of 51.
You have already undergone partial hysterectomy along with removal of both the ovaries in 2011 that is 4 years back and the changes night have occurred immediately after the surgery as the ovaries have already been removed. Hence can not be correlated to the hormonal changes.

I would advise you the following:
- Get clinical evaluation and physical examination done by a General Surgeon and get investigated accordingly.
- CT scan of the abdomen can tell if there is a chance of cancer of hte cervix as you had undergone partial hysterectomy.
- Pain in the vaginal area can be due to low estrogen you have.
- Pain in the chest and breast on fire feeling can be due to Barrett's esophagus, needs regular follow-up with upper GI Endoscopy to see that it is not progressed to become a cancer or so. If required you may have to go for CT scan of the chest too.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis as you have multiple problems and that they may not be related.
