General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bloating is one of the common symptoms that can occur along with a period. If your period is the same intensity as normal and lasting the same amount of days, then pregnancy is not likely but if you wish you can recheck a pregnancy test when your period is over.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
