Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Burning Sensation In Feet

i have severe lower left back pain above and around my hip , my legs feel like they are trying to wake up from being asleep, it burns the bottoms of my feet get burning spasms and i feel like it get stuck and cant move and my back cracks when I do move it has gotten worst over the last two weeks today i am nauseous and couldn t go to work,

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level.

For further assessment you may require MRI back and nerve conduction studies after consultation.

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen and tablet multivitamin. You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.

In case of not getting relief, you may require surgical intervention after spine surgeon consultation
