Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Cramps During Periods

I just finished my period yesterday and for the whole week up until now I ve been getting wicked bad cramps and lower back pain. I ve had my tubes tied for almost 2 years. I did take a HPT and it was negative. I ve never gotten cramps and back pain after my period. Any idea why?

hi healthcare magic user, this type of period pattern could be due to infection of the tubes, adenomyosis of the uterus, fibroid of uterus or endometrosis.
please get check up with gynecologist to rule out above conditions.
also get a pelvic ultrasound done.
you can take tablet meftalspas if pain is persistent or sever.
