Hi, my lower back has been really painful I have been losing my strengh in both legs it has Been very numb I haven t been ironating and pooing. I have been struggling been moving my back when I sit down the pain gets worse and also when I lie down I get bad cramping and my back is very swollen it has been two weeks and no medication has worked

According to the symptoms described by you it seems most likely a case of spinal cord compression (cauda equina) and this requires urgent surgical attention.I would advice you to consult your local doctor immediately who would do a thorough examination and refer you to the concerned specialist.
