Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Weakness In Thighs

my right lower back has been paining since last 2 years and i feel my thigh, right knee and right hip have no strength while i am walking for 15 mins or more. i have done MRI in previous year, all nerves were found in normal condition.Now, RA factor test is negative, TB Igm test also negative, CRP LATEX test has (+++), ESR is 38 m.m./hr wintrobe, uric acid is 336.0 micro mol/L, sugar/ PPR is 6.2 m mol/L . whats happening inside my body? do i have muscles problem?
