Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Due To Herniated Discs

I have considerable lower back pain. I had surgery 5 years ago, and now it has come back on the right side. Pretty sure the disc has herniated again or just completely gone by now. I was laid off and do not have insurance. I was on medication which made it manageable, but don't have the money to visit an office now w/o insurance. Are there any other options for medication or surgery w/o insurance? I will do anything!!! I can't even walk some days! Please help!
