Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Due To Lumbar Lordosis Loss

i am a24 yr old female. i m suffering from lower back pain. i haddone my xray in whch there is loss of lumbar lordosis due to muscle spasm. rest of the findings are normal. pain has attacks it becomes soometimes very severe otherwise constant mild pain is present all the time. kindly explain me and give me treatment options

Hello,

Here are some of the remedies to keep your self pain free:
1. Keep your self hydrated
2. Do regular stretching exercises
3. Apply hot compressions
4. Massage the affected area
5. You can also take over the counter pain killers and ointments as well for your pain relief
