Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain In L5 And L6
Hi,
am 41 year old Indian facing lower back prblems in L5 & L6. The pain is acute whenever i lie down adn get up. It takes 15 mins for me get upright but then the whole day am fine. But even during the day if I lie down flat and get up it pains
My height is 5ft and 7 in and weight is 70 kgs.
I have been having this problem for the last two years. i had an Xray taken to a doc who advised that the gap between L5 and L6 has reduced. Another doctor said am perfectly fine.
