Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Radiating From Neck
Hi, I am a 63 yr old female, healthy (a little overweight) active, working person. Two days ago I noticed a pain in between the back part of lower neck into my back and down top of my arm. The pain is achey and a slight pinging sensation. On a scale of 1-10 its at a 4

If your pain is sharpshooting than nerve compression should be ruled out. Kindly mention the duration of your symptom as well to guide you further.
Local part neck x-ray, especially of the cervical spine, should be done for further work up.
If any trauma history present than mention it.
