Thanks for the query.

Do you have any loose stools, excessive flatulence ?

Do you drink alcohol regularly ?

You could be having symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, gastritis and inflammatory bowel disease, gastritis and other conditions causing abdominal bloating your Doctor also needs to rule out conditions like pancreatic is which can occur with alcoholism. Avoid eating junk oily fatty and other fast food. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Eat food rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Keep well hydrated. Exercise regularly.
