Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I am having lower back pain, that doesn t seem to want to go away! Right above my buttocks and below my lower back, in the middle. Painful when I m sitting, have used icey hot, heating pad, had a deep tissue massage, still having pain for the past month now!

As you have low backache from past month for this I will suggest you to consult good physician for physical examination and investigation like Xrays if needed . Inmeantime you can take medicine muscle relaxtant like Myospaz forte or Flexon MR by consulting with local doctor . You can also apply ointment like Relaxyl gel or Volini gel .
