Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

when i went to a nuroligist on the 26 june about my lower back which i have been in cronic pain for quite some time he looked at my mri scan and found nothing wrong with my disc and no nuroligical damage but sent a letter back to my doctor stating in one line this woman complains of severe back pain but jumped up off the chair and left the room which could not have happened because i was in severe pain with 3 days what or could you throw light on that question

Hi,

If the MRI report is normal then there is no need to worry about. All you can do is some lower back strengthening exercises for which you can visit physiotherapist and take paracetamol as per your pain management.
