Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I am experiencing lower back pain -- just above my butt, on both sides of my back. I also have had chills and pain in my joints (mainly knees). I am also dehydrated and have been drinking a ton of fluids -- but have been drowsy lately. I have been urinating a lot but assume its from the amount of water I have been drinking. the pain is mainly mild and every now and then it spams and makes it hard to breathe. Not sure if this is muscle/joint related or kidney/liver related.
