Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have lower back pain on my right side. I have body aches and my left arm is very ache. I received the flu shot 5 days ago, would this be a result of the shot. Can the pain in my lower back on the right side be a kidney stone. I don t wake up with the pain but it gets stronger late morning and the past 2 days took 2 Advil during the day the pain was reduced. I drink alot of liquids and exercise on a regular basis.
