Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

i have lower back pain which ive had for a few years but past few months i started getting a pain down my right inner thigh now past few weeks i have pains in both of my bum cheeks which if i try and squeeze it hurts like hell! i went to the doctors begginning of year before the leg and cheek pain and he gave me some codipar tablets but its getting worse! what do i do now? are they connected?
