Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I had an abortion about a month and a half ago. This is my first time menstruating since then. For over a week I have been experiencing intense, debilitating cramps. I just bleeding yesterday. Within the past few days I've starting having terrible hip and lower back pain. Now I'm getting a stabbing pain in my right side. Is this serious?
