Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Lower left side of my back started hurting yesterday and is still hurting today...more of a dull ache. I am nursing my 2 month old, but today I am not producing much milk. I have had ovarian cyst that rupture and in the past have caused major pain. I am wondering if the pain can br stopping the production of milk. I have only taken some Tylenol.
