Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have had this lower back pain literally since the 1st of january it s been 143 days now. i thought it was just the effects of my high heels but it has just gotten bad to worse. i can sit too long and the pain has been travelling upwards and now even sleeping is uncomfortable.

Constant backache can be due to musculoskeletal problems or disc related issues. So, I would recommend you to visit an orthopedic surgeon for proper clinical examination. MRI spine may help in diagnosis. Also, good physiotherapy sessions will be useful.
