Suggest Treatment For Lower Belly Pain And Heavy Bleeding After Delivery

Concern post delivery
I delivered a stillborn baby 6 weeks ago but I still have lower belly pain and still bleeding pretty heavy with some clots. The blood is still bright red. I have had 2 healthy deliveries and never had this issue. Please let me know if this is possibly a serious matter.
