Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Back Pain

I have some lower back pain on the right side. It s fine when I sit and lay down. Sometimes I feel it more in the middle of the night. Today I feel it pretty good but I ve been stretching. When I lean to me left side, I feel the pain in the lower right side. Been going on for 2 nights now and today.

Hi.

I recommend a check by a doctor, first physically and then if there seem to be a possibility of this being related to the renal system then an ultrasound KUB as well. Although a stone in the renal tract is a possibility, other causes like a muscular issue, spine related cause, etc; need to all be ruled out.
