General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
All your symptoms could be because of urinary tract infection.I would suggest get urine routine test, and ultrasound abdomen and discuss further. For relieving your symptoms you may take .Tab.paracetamol 500 mg 3 times a day ,and for infection ,you may need antibiotic course like ciprofloxacin after discussing the reports.
