Suggest Treatment For Lower Vaginal Pain And Also During Urination

there was spotting after the period & i have seen the doc they have done the scan & noticed that 14mm endometrim & cystic spaces .they asked me to do the preganncy test which came negative & asked to take regestrone tables.i have taken them for 5 days but from past days my having lower vaginal pain on both sides while walking & while urinating
