Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Spine Problem

i m 52 yrs old suffering from lumber spine problem having mild difffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 . posteriocentral and paracentral disc protusion at L5-S1 with significant indentation over thecal sac and causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recess/foremen compressing traversing and exiting nerve roots. pls to suggest the safe treatment apart from surgery. pls reply
