Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Spondylosis

I suffer from lumber spodylitis can i have had an x-ray to confirm this. My question is what is the best thing for myself to get better. I was given 3 opition, 1st was to see someone about pain management, 2nd was a pain relief injection and 3rd was surgery which i was told it may not work. I took the 1st option but as my pain is back, i feel that this was the wrong option. Can you please give me some advice. I really need help on this one.
