Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Spondylosis

I am 25 years old and my height is 5'4" and my weight is 74 kg.i had mild pain in the sides of my lower back after workout,i told my trainer about this.she asked me to lie down on my knees and gave me a stretch by pushing my lower back with her knee.after this i started getting pain in my L4 and L5 area.they told me the pain will go away in few days but the pain has increased.this happened seven months back and since then ive not been going to gym.i do not have any medical history of spondylosis.

am i suffering from lumbar spondylosis?if yes then what is the treatment for it?
