Suggest Treatment For Lump After C Section And Constipation

Hi.. I had a c-section in mid-January this year.. my son was unexpectedly born with optic nerve hypoplasia, (ONH).. I had epidural.. had the "dissolving" stitches that ended up puffing out on left side n hurting a few weeks later, doctor said it was just a knot, no need to worry.. about 7 weeks later I moved.. lifted a few heavy things.. my stomachs hurt on n off since the c-section, sometimes pretty badly.. I was severely constipated afterwards for a while, got hemoroids from it.. some bleed some don't.. very painful.. felt a hard lump under my scar on the left side, kinda hurt when i pushed on it but I noticed it sticks out a bit.. I had a regular period the next month, the month after that I barely bled at all for not even a full day, but nothing since then.. I haven't had sex since i was still pregnant, and I'm 20 years old.. if you have any comments or answers or anything I would be grateful.. thanks, paige.

Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) Please do not worry about your menstrual bleeding. For a woman who is breastfeeding the baby, it is common to have irregular and scanty menses.

3 ) For your constipation and hemorrhoids, I will suggest you to drink plenty of water and have fruits, salads and vegetables in more portions in the daily diet. Taking Liquid Duphalac 15 ml at night with a glass of water for 5 days will be of help.

4 ) As for your C Section scar is concerned, I will suggest you to take Tab Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days, Tab Amoxy Clav 625 mg twice a day for 5 days.
If the swelling doesn't subside then USG will be of help.
