Suggest Treatment For Lump And Severe Bruising And Swelling On Leg After Injury

Last Monday I get pinned between two tractor-trailers after I got out I fell to the floor because I could not wal. My leg bruised really bad and my leg swelled up and I had this big Big lump on the back of my leg, it was hard and it hurt like hell. It has almost been two weeks and the bruising is almost gone away. The lump has not gone away it still hurts and also it is sensitive to the touch. My question is should I go to the emergency room and you have it looked at and also have it drained?

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling may not need any draining but of course this could need some investigation and x-ray is the option else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
