Suggest Treatment For Lump At The Back Of The Neck

Hi Doctor

on the 22nd Jan 2014 i had a fall after being dizzy and went for physio and x-rays and i was given the ok by the doctor, but on the 18th February 2014 when i woke up i felt my neck feeling a bit sore and discovered a lump at the back of my neck, it feels small and hard it is a centimetre away from my vertabrae and im worried because i am experiencing head aches on the right side of my head and has an impact on my right eye and there is mild pain down my spine from the neck area to the lower back.
