Suggest Treatment For Lump Between Shoulders

Hi,

I have had a lump on the top of my back between my shoulders for a good six months, it has recently started hurting and has become a little red with a little black dot in the middle. it has also doubled in size. is this something I shoue worried about?

HI.
Thanks for your query and proper history.
This is a sebaceous cyst.
Since it is on the back- a pressure bearing area and is increasing in size I would recommend it to be excised / removed by a Surgeon.
This will get the disease out of the body as well as we get the exact histological diagnosis
