Suggest Treatment For Lump In Lower Tibia

Recently I fell skiing and bruised my elbow, which has been seen by an orthopedic surgeon , and is was not fractured, just bruised. Since then I noticed my lower leg was bruised, (never felt any pain so I wasn't worried) never hurt to walk, but there is a lump, bump on the lower tibia?
