Suggest Treatment For Lump In Right Scapular Region

I have a large noticeable lump in my right scapular region. I had thought it was just a well-developed muscle from exercise, but I noticed it today more as a large lump, only on my right side. It is semi-soft, but pressing on it, past a first layer of softness, it feels hard. Any thoughts? Thank you, Gayle Lewis

The lump in this region may be due to cyst, lipoma (fat tumour) or hematoma. The symptoms you have told might be in favour of lipoma or a cyst. The cyst is more likely to be sebaceous cyst.
