Suggest Treatment For Lump In Testicle After An Injury

Hi.
About 2 years ago I was kicked in the testicles. The sack went a purpley colour bu it went away quite quickly, I also started to notice a hard, almost brainy feeling thing protruding from only the left testicle. I've been scared to go to the doctor and I kind of forgot about it. It doesn't give me any discomfort or anything. What should I do?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
The hard swelling around testicle after sustaining injury is mostly a calcified Hematoma or Spermatocele..However it can be confirmed only on clinical examination and ultrasound scanning of scrotum.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and scanning of the Scrotum.
.
Further treatment if required will be decided by him based on clincal finding and final diagnosis
