Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Lower Leg

I bruised my inner lower leg a while back. The bruise has healed but I have a hard flat round moveable disc (not what I d call a lump) remaining under the surface of the skin. It hurts a little to touch and the surface skin is a bit numb in that area. What do you think it is?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptom you have could be due to soft tissue inflammation or it could be collection of blood beneath skin it may be antibioma, just wait for some time it will be gone soon hope this information helps.
