Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Penile Shaft

Just seen a small soft lump on the bottom of my penile shaft. Yes I did shave recently. But it was posibly aggrevated after I had intercourse Iam dark skinned. So the lump is not really painful or itchy. Just feels tender to the touch. Small and looks swollen. Skin looks almost yellow to white on the lump. .

HI
Well come to HCM
Your query is appreciated, most of the time such lesion could be due to some infection which could be self limiting, second it could be sebaceous cyst, I would suggest to keep this under observation for any changes like increasing in the size or inflammation but it happens in very rare condition most of the time it will come on its own on prophylactic basis "Povidone Iodine" cream can be used, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
