Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Thigh Causing Walking Difficulty

I have a hard, pea-size lump on the muscle of my outer thigh. When the muscle is engaged, it gets firmer and a little more pronounced. The muscle on that thigh is a little concave and I am having pain through that thigh when I walk, not when at rest. The pain causes me to limp. I had the right hip replaced two years ago but had the surgeon check to make sure all was fine with the hip, which it is. Thoughts?

Hello,

Painful lump in the thigh with difficulty in walking may be related to inflamed boil or other lesion at groin region, separate from previous hip replacement connections. Kindly get examined by your family physician for primary diagnosis and cure accordingly as per the diagnosis. Primary relief with heating pad application and tablet ibuprofen (400 mg) 3 times a day after meals if no history of drug sensitivity.
