Suggest Treatment For Lump In Vagina

Hi Dr. Prasad, During foreplay I felt a marble size lump inside my fiances vagine about two inches up on the left side. She didn t mention any pain. I m concerned and haven t said anything yet. Any history and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Her mom had breast cancer but is fine now.

According to me it can be vaginal cyst. Cysts are just one type of growth many people get. These sac-like lumps are filled with fluid, air, or other materials. They're not usually harmful or painful.
Some cysts are so small that they can't be seen with the naked eye.
I will advice you to go to gynecologist and get the per vaginal examination and pelvic ultrasound done for the confirmation.
Generally vaginal cyst don't need any type of treatment if they are not causing any problem.
Your doctor can ask for the biopsy to rule out the possibility of cancer and he/she can prescribe antibiotics if there is any sign of infection
