Suggest Treatment For Lump Like Growth In Vagina

Hello I have a serious question. Yesterday I went and was cleaning the inside of my vagina and I had it something with my finger it feels like it's a pity mass almost it's very hard to explain. But it was about a middle finger length inside of me and this morning I wake up and so the same thing just to see if I could figure out what it was and it was very close to the opening of my vagina. I currently have no money to have it looked at or health insurance and I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what it may be. I have taken pregnancy tests before this happened and I was and am not pregnant. According to he tests

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that a round lump in vagina can be most probably a Bartholin's Cyst while can also be due to other causes like Inclusion cyst, Mullerian cyst,abscess etc..

It generally occurs when the glands present under the ucosa becomes clogged and infected or there is trauma to the glands or its ducts..

I would however suggest you to consult a Gynaecologist and get evlauated and a thorough clinical evaluation and biopsy can be done to confirm the cause..
Commonly the cysts are painless and harmless and no treatment is generally needed..
In case if there is infection and pain antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers and Sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub can be advised..
