Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Shoulder

I have a dime sized lump on the back of my arm near my toward my shoulder that is discolored, like a bruise, but not really painful. I've had it for a year or so, and it doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. The lump is under the skin. Should I see my doctor?

Hi. You should see your Doctor.

This can be a sebaceous cyst. Or a lipoma. It is always advisable to get such lumps removed by surgical excision to get rid of the lump and get the perfect diagnosis by histopatho report.
