Suggest Treatment For Lump On Back Of The Neck

i have a lump in the back of my neck just to the right of my spin justvunder the surface of my skin. i just a hair cut yesterday, but dint know if that has anything to do with it. it dosnt hurt , but i think its only tender to touch when i only think of it.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enlarged neck lymph node and now seen due to hair cut.
But as there is tenderness of lump it is likely that there might be having some minor injury or soreness due to hair cut might lead to some very minor infection producing some tenderness.
Nothing to worry, within 2-3 days it will be alright.
