Suggest Treatment For Lump On Eyebrow Post Injury

My 6 year old son, got his eyebrow rammed into by my 2 year old son s forehead. I dont have much concern for my 2 year old because he just brushed it off, but my 6 year old being a strong little man, was completely shocked especially once he felt the bump. The bump is slightly under his eyebrow about have an inch wide and half an inch long. We have iced it, but the swelling doesnt seem to go down (its only been 30 mins since this occurred), and we are unsure as to what to do. We gave both of them tylenol and have them now laying down for bed. Any suggestions as to what to do? Also, my 6 year old had this happen before a couple years back, by tripping and falling head first into our end tables we once had. We did take him to Urgent Care right away, while icing it, due to the immediate swelling like it is now. They told us to just give him tylenol and ice it on and off, and the swelling would go down in a couple days. If he has problems with vision after 48 hours to bring him back, which he didnt, so we did not have to take him back and the swelling did eventually go down then. We dont know if this is the same thing, even though it looks exactly like it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Nothing to worry, it is just formation of little hematoma following injury.
Within a day or two there can be having little blue eye on that side due to gravitation of blood down in the eye.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day doe 2-3 days and he will be alright.
Ok and take care.
