Suggest Treatment For Lump On Inner Eyebrow

My child has a hammangy something. Big lump starting on inner eyebrow. We had m.r.i done and it is not connected to brain or eye. They want to give her some special medicine in hopes that it goes down but the medicine may cause high blood pressure and/or hypoglycemia. If that doesn t work then they will have to operate. Are these my only two forms of treatment?

It seems that he might be having sebaceous cyst or liopma on inner eyebrow.
It might require excision through surgery.
No medicine will work.
