Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of injury. So you may have hematoma formation after injury. You should go for x ray to rule out any bony injuries. If no any bony injury is there then you can take analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs. If bony injury is there then you should consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
